Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened food items or supplements
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account and go to Order History
  2. Select the order and item you wish to return
  3. Choose the reason for return
  4. Print the prepaid shipping label
  5. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest courier

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
